A walk in wardrobe, £3000 chairs and a £630 lamp…This is how Mischa NooNoo would transform Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Kensington Palace apartment and it could cost up to £160k

SHE'S set to turn her talents to interior design, but could Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's new pad be Mischa Nonoo's first project?

The 31-year-old fashion designer has recently renovated her own home with creamy walls, lavish raffia chairs and a walk-in-wardrobe to die for - and we reckon her style would be right up Meghan's street.

According to the , Meghan and Harry's pal recently revealed she's "fascinated by home design and would like to have some sort of home line".

She added: "The space that you live in is such an extension of the way that you dress yourself".

And with Meghan's style being pretty similar to Mischa's (The Duchess famously stepped out in the designer's "husband shirt" for her first public appearance with Prince Harry) we can't help but wonder whether the 37-year-old will be turning to her fashion-forward friend for some interior advice.

And if Mischa - who is rumoured to have introduced Meghan and Harry - does transform their flat, her recent home renovation could provide some clues as to how she might style The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's Kensington Palace pad.

Speaking to earlier this year, Mischa revealed her home had a total style overhaul after the breakdown of her marriage to Alexander Gilkes.

"I wanted to clean house, breathe new energy into the place, and make it my own," she explained.

The fashion designer goes on to explain that she painted the majority of her home with a creamy base, before filling each room with "beautifully curated pieces" including Milo Baughman raffia chairs - worth over £1,000 each and dusky pink Italian arm chairs.

And there seems to be a royal aspect to Mischa's home, too - the designer reveals a Warhol portrait of Queen Elizabeth II hangs in her library, said to be worth around £100.

Step inside Mischa's living room and you'll find a £1,650 sofa by Restoration Hardware, a pair of leather strap chairs worth £3,004 each, a 1920s Arno Zoetmulder side chair which would set you back £657 and an Aldo Turro lacquered goatskin coffee table.

In the library, you'll find a £630 ceiling lamp along with two more plush sofas by Restoration Hardware.

The central feature of Mischa's dining room includes a Molo cloud pendant light, costing £314 as well as a Douglas Gordon portrait of Brigitte Bardot.

It certainly seems the designer has expensive taste.

And with Mischa's living room boasting at least £8,000 worth of luxurious furniture, Harry and Meghan's 21-room Kensington Palace apartment could end up being a pricey job - if Mischa does offer her style advice.

If Megan and Harry chose just a few of the items from Mischa's style, they'd be looking at a minimal bill of £160k.

It's expected Meghan and Harry will move into the palace apartment - near to Prince William and Kate.

Earlier this year, builders were pictured renovating the flat, ready for The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
