FINDING a bra that's a perfect fit is a challenge for most women - even Victoria's Secret models.
Catwalk queens Alexina Graham, 28, Josephine Skriver, 25, Barbara Palvin, 24, and Lais Ribeiro, 27, recently underwent professional bra fittings on camera - and all four of them were wearing the wrong size.
It follows a survey which revealed around 80 per cent of women are wearing a bra size that doesn't suit their shape.
Most of the underwear models went up a cup size during the fitting - and Alexina was shocked to go up two cup sizes from a B to a D.
At the start of the video, they all revealed the sizes they usually wear; Alexina said she goes for a 32B, Josephine a 32C, and Barbara a 32B (though once a month she goes up to a C-cup).
Lais admitted she's not sure as she's never had a professional fitting.
The expert examined how the women's bras fitted them once they removed their shirts, and discovered a number of issues.
She explained that the underwire in a bra should always lie flat under your boobs, and the top of the cups shouldn't dig in.
The expert spotted that Josephine's band is too big for her, as it's on the last hook and it sits in a rainbow shape across her back.
When the band is too big, it can cause gaps at the top of the bra and cause the breasts to spill out of the sides.
Meanwhile Barbara and Lais's boobs spill out over the top of their cups, indicating they should wear a larger cup size.
After measuring the women, the fitting expert deduced that Alexina and Josephine should wear a 32D, Barbara a 32C and Lais a 32DD.
All the models admitted they looked and felt better in their new bras, with Lais claiming she was "in shock" after discovering her real size.
Aiana Townshend, an expert from the brand's 5th Avenue store in Manhattan, said: "Everyone thinks they're a 32A or a 36B, and people are really shocked when they're a D-cup.
"But it's not even about the letter or the number, it's about being comfortable in your skin and being comfortable in the bras."
The video concludes by inviting Victoria's Secret fans to visit a store for a free fitting.
Wearing the wrong size bra isn’t just uncomfortable – it could be ruining your health.
