Marks & Spencer has launched a diverse range of Louboutin-inspired ‘nude’ stilettos… and they’re all under £25
WEARING a “nude heel” that matches your skin tone is popular with the likes of Kate Middleton and other fashion stars.
For decades, however, the options out there have been very restricting and limited to pale skin tones – until now that is.
- Stiletto Heel Platform Skin Tone Court Shoes, £25 from M&S -
Marks & Spencer has launched a range of nude stilettos that aims to include a whole spectrum of skin tones and widen the diversity on the market.
What’s even better is that the shoes won’t break the bank and they look perfect for both parties and work.
There are two different styles for sale – the £25 platform heel or a £19.50 pointed stiletto heel.
The website says: “Designed to match every skin tone for flawless nude style, our Insolia technology keeps things comfy by redistributing the pressure away from the balls of your feet, offering extra support for your feet and ankles.
“Give yourself a little bit of extra height with these platform heels, perfect for parties and special occasions and made from vegan friendly materials.”
They aren’t the only company to make the move, with French shoe designer Christian Louboutin also released seven different “nude shades”, including a light “Lea Nue” to a dark “Toudou.”
While his shoes can set you back around £845 for one of the nude options, the M&S range may be more friendly on the purse-strings!
