SAY hello to the "Plandid Pose" - every Instagrammer's go-to for creating an off-guard, au natural snap.
It might look casual, but the planned candid pose (Plandid, geddit?) is actually the total opposite.
The Plandid Pose is often seen around the swimming pool - and frequently involves a hand (or even both hands) in the hair.
Most of the time, posers will lean back, elongating the legs, with one slightly ahead of the other.
Other plandid shots include caught-off-guard hair flicks and staring sideways into the distance.
Or for some experienced plandid posers - a combination of all three. Take a look at some of social media's repeat offenders.
