MTV Awards red carpet best dressed sees Kim Kardashian and Olivia Munn lead the glamour

MUSIC and film's most glamorous stars descended on California for the MTV Awards on Saturday night.

Kim Kardashian and Zendaya were among the best dressed on the night, as the celebs brought their A-game to Barker Hangar, Santa Monica.

Leading the best dressed was pop queen Zendaya, who wore a bespoke August Getty gown.

The 21-year-old Greatest Showman star's structured brown leather mini dress featured a daring voluminous skirt, which she accessorised with statement gold earrings, slicked back hair and matching heels.

The braids are back - and Kim Kardashian, 37, looked every inch of celebrity royalty in a white crop top and sparkling maxi skirt, with thigh high slit.

The mum-of-three also rocked a pair of lace-up open-toed heels, topping the look off with cornrows and smokey eyes.

She was joined by mum Kris Jenner, 62, who wore a crisp white suit jacket and black trousers.

Actresses Olivia Munn, 37, Kristen Bell, 37, and Alison Brie, 35, also top our best dressed list.
