Don't mind us, we'll just be stocking up on pots of Vaseline

WE'VE always known that Michelle Keegan is a girl after our own heart.

While the former Corrie actress has always been an advocate of the British high street as well as designing her own beautiful clothing range for Very, it turns out that Michelle is also a fan of some serious budget beauty.

Speaking to Fabulous Online, Michelle said that she uses "lots of tinted lip balms" but relies on a trusty tin of Vaseline for days when she's after a more low-maintenance lip.

Because even celebrities with access to all the beauty brands in the world still can't fault this old classic.

Beauty fans can pick up this bargain beauty product which is currently on sale in Superdrug for just £1.25.

In other words, not only is this Michelle-approved product perfect for the upcoming summer months but it also gives lips a beautiful pink sheen while also locking in plenty of moisture.

Michelle also revealed that she is currently using Benefit's best-selling They're Real mascara which is "really great" at achieving her luscious long lashes.

Clearly a fan of the cult favourite San Francisco brand, Michelle also loves Benefit's Watts Up blurring face primer but instead uses it as "a really nice highlighter" on the high points of her face.

This cream-to-powder highlight is a universally flattering champagne shade that leaves skin looking radiant and can be applied under or over make-up like Michelle.

While not every celebrity would opt for a budget lip balm, Michelle's beauty regime isn't all bargain basement.

The actress does also splash her hard-earned cash on a tub of luxury Rodial Rose Gold Moisturiser which she uses as her "daily moisturiser."

Enriched in "24 carat gold technology", this £200 buy is a far cry from the aisles of Superdrug. Talk about a treat yourself moment.
