The man behind Amal Clooney’s MET Gala gown has launched a high street collection exclusively with Debenhams, prices start from £65

FROM the Queen sitting front row at his AW18 fashion show, to winning The Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design - Richard Quinn has had quite a year.

Never mind the fact that in the last month, he's dressed both Amal Clooney at this year's Met Gala AND Thandie Newton as she graced the BAFTAs red carpet.

Now, he's teamed up with Debenhams, swapping his £2,000 designer price tag for an affordable high-street line instead - and if you're struggling to find a wedding guest outfit, look absolutely no further.

The 10-piece range echoes the styles seen on both Amal and Thandie.

Think bold, floral prints, red carpet-worthy silhouettes and off-shoulder, bardot styles.

Quinn - who studied fashion at the famous Central Saint Martin's College of Art and Design (whose fashion alumni also include Stella McCartney and Jenny Packham) - is no stranger to a high street collaboration, having previously teamed up with both H&M and Liberty.

However, the 28-year-old has admitted to having a personal affiliation with Debenhams.

"It’s an amazing opportunity to have something you’ve made in a vast range of sizes in so many stores, and online, and to reach a huge range of customers," explains Quinn.

"There was a Debenhams on our high street growing up...I have memories going down Eltham high street with my mum and into Debenhams - there was a tea room where we had lunch."
