Today the star of BBC's Our Girl set fashion tongues wagging when she stepped out in a beautifully summery denim and blouse combo... and they are straight out of the star's Very fashion collection.

Appearing on BBC Radio 1 to promote Season 2 of the hit show, the former Corrie actress wore a stunning yellow peplum blouse which she paired with jeans.

But not just any jeans, mind you, these blue skinnies had pretty pearls sewn on them from the knee down as well as a trendy raw hem finish.

On paper, pearl distressed jeans just shouldn't work. But on Michelle, they looked fab.

The ever-stylish star completed her look with raffia platform sandals that were also from Very as well as an on-trend circular straw bag.

Looking effortlessly cool in the rainy English weather, Michelle shared a sneak peak of her outfit with her 3.5 million Instagram followers.

Taking a selfie of her outfit from the cab, the star wrote "not quite ready to say goodbye to the sun yet... so I brought some with me" as she showed off the bright yellow blouse.
