IT goes without saying that self-tanning is something of an art form – make one little mistake and you’re stuck with orange streaky legs for the foreseeable future.
But one Nottinghamshire woman has had a total nightmare of a self-tanning session and it’s all thanks to a pair of Adidas leggings.
Kimberley Davis made the embarrassing claims to have made error of wearing skin-tight Adidas leggings to the gym just after she applied overnight fake tan - although it's not clear if it's a prank.
Thinking she was safe to wear the skin-tight leggings, the 36-year-old was horrified to find that the sports logo had imprinted onto her newly bronzed leg when she returned home from the workout.
If a professional beautician can make this error, what hope is there for the rest of us?
In an even worse turn of events, instead of furiously exfoliating her leg to remove the beauty faux pas, Kimberley chose to apply even MORE fake tan, which only emphasised her branded pins.
With nothing left to do, Kimberley could either embrace the branding as a bold fashion choice or wear trousers in the sweltering heat.
Safe to say, she choose the latter.
