MEGHAN MARKLE is, literally, fit for a prince.  Harry’s  bride-to-be, 36, has honed her body for years, loves the gym and used to blog about her exercise moves.

Jenny Francis asked  trainer Calum Taylor to put together a right royal workout based on Meghan’s moves and our lookalike shows  how they are done.

❶ Curtsey lunge

START with   feet shoulder-width apart. With your right leg take a side step behind your left leg and bend your knees so your right knee hovers above the floor. Push off your right foot to return to start position. Repeat moves for 45 seconds.

❷ Side lunge

 Place feet hip-distance apart. Take a step to  side, keeping toes pointed forward, and bend at  knee, pushing hips back, keeping chest up. Hold for one second then push back off  foot in the  lunge and return to  start. Repeat on same leg for 45 seconds, then do  45 seconds with other leg.

❸ High knees

AS if running on spot, bring your knees up as high as you can, as fast as you can, for 45 seconds.

❹ Elbow to knee

PUT your fingers either side of your head and keep feet hip width apart. Lift left knee towards chest and meet it with right elbow. Repeat this on opposite side. Do 12 reps each side.

❺ Bench hop

BEGIN standing next to a bench. Put your left foot on the bench so it is steady, then push through that leg to bring yourself up off the floor. As you rise up, switch so that your right foot is on the bench and your left foot meets the floor on the other side. Repeat for 45 seconds.

❻ Bench bridge

KNEEL on a bench, or the floor, with both knees under your hip, left hand on bench directly under your shoulder. Lift right leg as far as it will go, keeping your core engaged, then return to start. Repeat on same leg for 45 seconds then change to other leg for extra 45 seconds.

Do this entire circuit of exercises twice and take a 30-second break between each different exercise.
