IT’S official. Wedding season is upon us which means brides-to-be will be clutching at their purse strings right about now.
But with the average of cost a wedding in the UK reaching an all-time high of £27,000, Aldi has come to our rescue with a new range of wedding essentials.
Starting at just 89p for wedding confetti, this budget wedding range feels every inch as special as its luxury competitors.
The collection includes a beautiful rustic wooden heart guestbook for £9.99 as well as a selection of cute invitations and save the date cards for just £2.99.
Seriously, they’ll look like you’ve spent a fortune on bespoke designs from Etsy.
Also included in the range is a Polaroid camera that comes with a self-timer and 20 prints at the ready for £79.99. Who needs a photo booth?
Decorations are usually to blame for racking up the costs at weddings – but at £2.99 for a rose gold slogan balloon and pom poms, you really can’t go far wrong with these gorgeously simple touches.
Rustic wooden slogan decorations are also available from just £3.99 each and are perfect for placing around the reception tables to add a home craft feel to the occasion.
The range is launching in the lead up to the Royal Wedding and will be available Sunday 13 May online and Thursday 17 May in store.
