What did Kate wear after giving birth to the new royal baby?

Kate Middleton wowed crowds once again, looking fresh and glowing just hours after giving birth on April 23.

The Duchess of Cambridge has now worn a dress by designer Jenny Packham for the reveal of each of her babies.

After the new prince was born she wore a bespoke dress by the designer in a daring red with a sweet Peter Pan collar.

It was also the spitting image of the frock Prince William's late mother Diana wore following the birth of Prince Harry, 33, in September 1984.

What did Kate wear after giving birth to Prince George?

Kate always looks preened to perfection and when she left the hospital after giving birth to Prince George, it was no different.

She chose a Jenny Packham dress in baby blue back in July 2013.

The simple shift dress had a high neck and capped sleeves with sweet white polka dots.

She paired the dress with a pair of mid-height beige heels.

When did Kate have her third child?

The mum-of-two went into labour first thing in the morning of April 23, 2018, and the new prince was born at 11.01am.

There was speculation Kate was due on April 23, with Kensington Palace previously only confirming that Kate is due in April.

The third baby was the same as her two previous births, fairly quick affairs; Kate was only in hospital just over 24 hours when she gave birth to her first child on July 22, 2013.

And for her second on May 2, 2015, Kate was in and out in just 10 hours.

This time Kate was on her way home in just over seven hours.
