Inside Love Island host Caroline Flack’s trendy pad, including a pink Smeg fridge, a plush leopard print rug and a VERY cute cat
PRESENTER Caroline Flack is a firm favourite on our TV screens having hosted the X Factor and Love Island.
The 38-year-old regularly posts snaps of herself to her 1.3 million followers, which over the years have included glimpses of her swanky pad.
Living in North London, Caroline bought a house there after breaking up with her fiancé Jack Street, where she is thought to have lived for the past few years.
It is believed her new man, Andrew Brady, recently moved in after he was spotted bringing his belongings into her home in March.
One of her most recent snaps show her sitting on a stool looking at a painting - which could be Andrew's - believed to be in her kitchen by the tell-tale fridge in the background.
The painting is the size of the room and takes up an entire wall, and it features abstract swirls with some pink colours which match her colour-scheme.
Her house is chic and minimalist, with big pieces of dark furniture giving it an old school vibe.
Armchairs and a clearly worn dressmaker’s dummy add a traditional homely vibe, alongside wooden tables and pot plants.
Rugs are also important in Caroline’s house, with a bright green number with a leopard across it cropping up in many snaps.
And a large Chinese rug has appeared in recent photos.
Throughout the house the floors are made from wood giving the rooms a rustic feel.
But the kitchen is dominated by the fridge, which screams modern, yet works well as the rest of her kitchen units are all white – with no handles.
Black and white tiles mount the walls in the kitchen but everything is minimal.
The living area – also featuring warm wooden floorboards – has a three-seater leather sofa, and previous photos revealed a bright blue sofa as well.
Others shots show Caroline enjoys knick-knacks – including a pink pineapple – scattered about, with tasteful additions of flowers, candles, red cushions and magazines lying around.
Her sense of style hasn’t gone unnoticed, with one person commenting on Instagram: “If you ever get bored of presenting you could definitely be an interior designer.”
Framed pictures appear on many surfaces and shelves, and she has a considerable number of posters framed.
Bold statements also make it into the walls, with a new one saying: “It’s rude to stare.”
A white shelving unit contains a few books and trinkets – as well as a cat called waffle.
Featuring in many a snap, Caroline adopted him when he was a kitten and has a great way of mimicking a human when he sits.
She’s captioned some photos: “You can now book my cat Waffle for acting/modelling ... contact money management... he's the coolest cat ever.”
And she wrote on another one: “Remember that time my cat watched telly like a person ... “
Caroline is thought to be returning to our screens this summer for the next series of Love Island.
Beginning in 2015, the hit TV show Love Island will return to our screens this summer, and it is thought Caroline will present it once again.
