Want to know what colours REALLY suit you? Just look at your wrists
Are you more of a pretty in pink or peach girl? Should you go for green or gold?
ARE you more of a pretty in pink or a peach girl? Should you wear warm golden tones or cool greens?
Many of us aren't sure which colours actually suit us best - whether we're out clothes shopping, choosing a new lippy or dying our hair.
But there's an easy way to check your perfect colour palette in seconds, by looking down at your arm.
Pull your sleeve up (yes, right now) and check the veins on the inside of your wrist. Are they blue or green?
If they're more blue, you have cool undertones. And if they're more green, you have warm undertones.
Just FYI, your veins aren't actually green - they just look it because you're seeing blue veins through yellow-toned skin.
Those with warm undertones are more likely to have brown, amber or hazel eyes and strawberry blonde, red, brown or black hair.
While ladies with cool undertones are more likely to have blue, grey or green eyes, with blonde, brown or black hair - although this is not always the case.
If you go golden brown in the sun, and suit gold jewellery, you'll probably suit a warm palette - like Hollywood's Jessica Alba.
While girls who go pink and burn, and suit silver or platinum jewellery, most likely have a cool palette - like Mamma Mia star Amanda Seyfried. Make sense?
Now you've discovered your palette, it's time to start dressing for it. Cool girls should opt for mint or grass green, blues, pinks and purples.
While warm lasses should be sticking to peach, red, maroon, yellow, orange, brown and lime or khaki green.
