Meghan revealed the insight into her past in a little-known interview with American presenter Larry King.
She explained that she had kissed her first crush at a summer camp.
She said: "Joshua Silverstein. I was 13, it was a summer camp and I kissed him!"
Meghan also said she had no idea what had happened to the bloke since their summer of passion.
But in fact Joshua Silverstein is enjoying his own brush with fame as he is now an actor, comedian and professional beatboxer. That's right he's paid to beatbox.
These days he's married to photographer Cynthia Guillenand has two children, ages five and ten, in LA.
In an interview with MailOnline Joshua said: "We were together every day, we spoke on the phone a lot, we held hands and shared kisses.
"Meghan and I are the same age so, I know I was about 13 or 14. I obviously don't remember 'the kiss'- but I do know that I was the first guy she kissed.
"She was a nice, kind, sweet girl. Her and I in some ways just felt a sense of attraction to each other, I'd had girlfriends prior to this, so I knew what I was doing - I proposed to my girlfriend in kindergarten!"
Joshua revealed that the pair both attended Agape Spiritual Church summer camp in 1993 where their teenage romance unfolded.
Beatboxer Joshua said he was "excited" when he discovered that Megahn was set to marry Prince Harry.
He added: 'To be a person to grow up in LA, no ties with the royal family, or anything across the pond, to marry into it, that's exciting. I'm happy for her.
"She's very smart, got a good head on her shoulders, can handle herself, so she's going to have a fun ride. I'm very happy to hear that it seems like all her dreams are coming true."
The relationship fizzled out at the end of summer and Joshua and Meghan went their separate ways.
Joshua has appeared on James Corden's The Late, Late Show where he beatboxes for the "Drop The Mic" segment.
