‘Spoiled’ daddies’ girl Saffron Drewitt-Barlow and boyfriend Scott are in talks to join Towie
SUPER-RICH teen Saffron Drewitt-Barlow and her boyfriend Scott Hutchison are in talks to join the cast of Towie.
The 18-year-old first made headlines as a baby when she and her twin brother Aspen became the first children in the UK to be registered as having two fathers and no mother.
Dads Barrie and Tony Drewitt-Barlow – who used a surrogate to have the twins – went on to have son Orlando, who's now 13, and twin boys Jasper and Dallas, six.
Saffron made headlines again, earlier this year, when she appeared on This Morning and admitted she gets a £5,000 a month allowance - with viewers labelling her "spoiled".
Towie producers, who recently announced they would be shaking up the cast of the ITVbe series, are reportedly hoping to boost flagging ratings by including the couple in the show.
Saffron – who has a wardrobe of designer clothes and accessories worth £1million, including a £400k Faberge ring – could bring added sparkle and glamour to the show.
Her last reality show – My Millionaire Dads And Me – drew audiences of over a million.
Her twin Aspen is also set to appear alongside the current Towie cast, including Lauren Pope, Pete Wick and James ‘Arg’ Argent.
The family divides their time between their mansion in Florida and their £3million home in Essex.
If Saffron and Scott do join the Towie cast, they’ll be spending more time in their UK home.
But the move – which was set to take place in the next fortnight - is complicated by the fact that Tony is sick.
He was recently warned he had 18 months to live after suffering from the severe side effects of treatment for throat cancer - unless he has a life-saving op.
He is currently in hospital in the US, recovering from the surgery, and Saffron is at his bedside, along with Aspen and Barrie.
The teenager is incredibly close to her dads and sources close to the family say she will struggle to leave Tony while he is such a fragile state.
A friend told the Sun Online: “This is an amazing opportunity for Saffron but she is torn, as Tony is so ill and in a lot of pain.
“Saffron has been like Barrie’s right arm while the family have been looking after Tony.”

Barrie and Tony may also appear in the Essex show if Tony is well enough to travel to the UK.
Saffron recently revealed that she was planning to use a surrogate to have her own children with Scott – because she was “too posh to push”.
And sources claimed one of the potential surrogate mums was a “famous singer” from the UK.
