YETI CHIC

Shaggy shoes are the latest crazy trend on the catwalk… but would you wear them?

SHAGGY footwear is officially in vogue and we’re not sure what to make of it.

That’s right – furry shoes have been all over London’s runways, stomping their way from show to show, leaving little straggly hairs wherever they go.

And by the way, we’re not talking chic Gucci loafers with fur lining, oh no, we’re talking CRAZY yeti shoes.

The perfect footwear for a soggy Autumn 2018 – we can’t wait to jump in puddles wearing these.

These shoes haven’t exactly come out of nowhere thought – we have been working up to shoes like this for quite some time now.

From Miu Miu’s pearl encrusted slides back in 2016 to Christoper Kane’s mink-lined Crocs last year, furry footwear has been tip-toeing around for a while, threatening us as we go about our daily life.

But they’re here, and there’s nothing we can do about it.

They are all over the shop – and have FROWers Instagramming constantly – was that the intention? We suspect so.

We’re nearly losing count of how many we’re seeing at LFW.

Preen’s furry shoes were the most bonkers – but they had the fash-pack drooling.

Simone Rocha ensured her furry shoes were glam, too.

With pointy shoes and metallic hues, these shoes were created for dancing.

But just not in the rain.

The ones that are perhaps the most wearable are Ashley Williams’s shoes.

With embellished slogans, these are the chic slides for, um, winter.

Will you be wearing them, or will you leave this to the fash pack and the Rita Oras of this world?
