However when she is having a relaxed day, her menu looks more like this:

  • Breakfast: An omelette with fresh herbs and cheese, and toast
  • Lunch: Seafood. And French fries, if she’s lucky.
  • Dinner: “Typically soup. I’m more peckish then, so I usually go lighter for dinner.”

What is Meghan Markle not allowed to eat?

Unfortunately for Meghan, one of her ultimate favourite indulgent foods has also been banned from Buckingham Palace.

According to Royal chef Darren McGrady, Her Majesty has banned pasta, rice and potatoes from the royal menu as she prefers to stay away from carb-loaded foods.

This is no doubt sad for Meghan Markle who previously revealed to that her go-to dish is pasta with slow-cooked courgette, and went as far as to describe it as “filthy, sexy mush.”

What is Meghan Markle’s exercise regime?

With her charity work, previous acting roles and now transitioning to life in the royal family, Meghan definitely likes to stay active.

She is a yoga fanatic (often doing candlelit classes) which is not surprising giving her mum is an instructor.

The Suits actress said: “I love an intense vinyasa class – and even better if it’s blasting hip hop and done in a dark room with candlelight.

“The best! I’ll do yoga a couple of times a week – hot yoga specifically.”
