LOOKING your best in The Only Way is Essex is a top priority for many in the glamorous cast.
A vast number of the cast have even opted to go under the knife over the years, and just this week former star Amber Dowding revealed the results of a recent nose job.
She isn’t alone in the Towie favourites who have chosen to have rhinoplasty to update their look.
A whole string of cast members have changed the shape of their noses, including some of the men like James Argent and Mario Falcone.
And on the Towie Christmas special Georgia Kousoulou defended her nose job and insisted she’s happy with results – despite the new look dividing fans.
Here are nine other Towie cast members who have all gone under the knife, and what they looked like before….
Ferne McCann
In 2016, Ferne McCann revealed the results of her secret nose job live on This Morning.
The stunning star, 27, underwent surgery after years of battling both cruel taunts from Twitter trolls and her own insecurities.
Showing off her new nose, she revealed: "It is subtle and I wanted it to be subtle.
"I didn’t want it to change my whole face… I didn’t want it to look different."
James Argent
Arg took to Instagram in October last year to give fans a look at his new nose and thanked his surgeon for improving his "overall confidence and self-esteem".
The 30-year-old exclusively told The Sun Online that he decided to go under the knife after his dramatic four stone has left him feeling like his nose was “too big.”
James said that since losing weight during his 10-week stint in Thai rehab this year, his nose looks more “prominent”, and has left him particularly self-conscious about a bump and large nostrils.
Arg said: “At school my nickname was always ‘Nostrils’ because my nostrils are huge – I’ve literally never seen anyone with bigger nostrils than me!
Georgia Kousoulou
When Georgia Kousoulou, 26, unveiled her new nose, it had mixed reactions from fans.
The Sun Online was first to report how Georgia slammed the cruel trolls who said her nose looked like Michael Jackson’s after going under the knife.
In her first interview since having surgery, Georgia said how she learnt to ignore the cruel jibes.
Speaking to The Sun Online at The Sims™ 4 fitness class, Georgia, 26, said: “People think because you're in the public eye they own you.
“I had one comment which said, 'you signed up for this' and I thought, 'no I didn't'.
“I haven't been reading it and I try not to respond. If you call them out, nine times out ten they message you and apologise. Most of them don't even have a profile picture.”
Bobby Norris
Bobby's new nose became the talking point for Towie viewers last October with cruel trolls even comparing the star to Kardashians matriarch Kris Jenner after his latest cosmetic surgery.
The 31-year-old had stunned fans by deciding to go under the knife.
After melting the nation’s hearts when he opened up about his insecurities on Channel 4’s Celebs Go Dating, the Essex lad flew to Turkey at the end of September to have the procedure done - alongside reality TV star pal Jemma Lucy, who had a separate procedure.
Lauren Goodger
Lauren spent £4,000 on a new nose in 2011 to get rid of a prominent bump caused by her nephew hitting her in the face with a toy fire engine.
She : "I do feel prettier and sexier. I can't wait to go out and show off my new look.
"On TV, from certain angles, my nose would look really awful and the more I watched the shows, the more of a complex I would get about my appearance."
Mario Falcone
Mario underwent the £5,000 procedure in 2016, conducted by celebrity surgeon Dr Riccardo Frati, in London.
He told The Sun how he had decided to go under the knife after being bullied by some of his co-stars.
Mario, 29, explained: “I broke my nose playing football when I was 11.
“It didn’t bother me until five years ago when Arg and Diags picked on me about how big it was live on Towie.
“I’m proud of my Italian heritage – our nose is supposed to be a striking feature, like David Gandy.
“But everyone jumped on the bandwagon and I was bullied on social media for years, with people setting up Twitter accounts dedicated to slagging off my nose.”
Kirk Norcross
Kirk and then-girlfriend Lauren Pope went under the knife for a his'n'hers nose job in 2011.
He later said: "Straight away, I thought my nose looked really good. It’s not drastically different. It just looks like how my nose is meant to be."
However, Lauren wasn't as thrilled, and wasn't able to get the extreme results she had hoped for as she had had work done on it previously.
Lauren Pope
Lauren, 35, told Heat magazine: "I wanted the tip of mine shaped as well. But it was so weak, where I’ve had work before, the surgeon said I’d run a risk of it collapsing.”
Sadly the couple split shortly after their medical bonding sesh, with a rep for Kirk telling press: "Unfortunately, Kirk no longer felt committed towards Lauren and decided the right decision for both parties was to separate."
Yazmin Oukhellou
Yazmin unveiled her new nose after having secret surgery in Turkey last year.
The Towie star was pictured with her face covered in bandages the week before the big reveal.
Yazmin was quick to point out she had gone under the knife for medical reasons and not for vanity.
She said: "I had a previous broken nose and deviated septum so surgery was the only option for me.
"I am so glad I did it as I was nervous at first but so happy that I can now breathe properly and that the small bump has gone.
"As I have stated before in previous posts I am NOT telling people to run out and have cosmetic surgery due to vanity."
