Body art fan left mortified by dodgy Yorkshire pudding inking on Tattoo Fixers
Lisa hated the design the minute after she had it inked on
A WOMAN left mortified by her dodgy Yorkshire pudding inking has sought the help of Tattoo Fixers.
Lisa told the E4 programme's body art experts that she was working abroad in 2016 when she and her pals decided to get tattoos.
She explained: “All my friends were getting generic holiday tattoos. I wanted something different, something a bit more personal to me.
“It took a while to think of something but it was perfect for what I wanted. It was very me and reminded me of home.”
But Lisa admits she hated the design the minute she left the tattoo parlour.
“I wanted to break down into tears. I’m absolutely mortified about it,” she said.
Lisa lifted up her top to show Sketch and Jay the doodle. They said it looked like a doughnut, a tyre or a rubber dingy.
She added: “I want something ocean-themed… sea creatures, mermaids, a bit of colour, jazz it up a bit.”
Lisa chose a design by Sketch that featured a large seashell with bright blue crystals inside and was surrounded by flowers.
Sketch explained: “Lisa was desperate to get rid of her dodgy Yorkshire pud tatt so I’ve risen to the occasion and covered her half-baked inking with a seashell design hopefully she’ll think is tasty.”
Lisa bursts into tears after seeing the inking for the first time.
She said: “That’s so much better. It’s just perfect. That is absolutely amazing. It’s brilliant.
“Thank you so much. I wanted something so meaningful and it was just nothing like what I wanted.
“It was so embarrassing and I know I’ll be so proud of this one. It means everything to get rid of that silly mess that was there before.”
Meanwhile, a bearded woman celebrated learning to love her facial hair and silencing ‘horrendous’ bullies with striking leg inking on Tattoo Fixers.
Tattoo Fixers airs on E4 Tuesday at 9pm
