A NEW gallery of the internet's worst eyebrows proves that some people just don't know when to put the tweezers - or pencil - down.

Thanks to model Cara Delevingne, thick natural brows are a must-have for women of all ages, but not everyone is blessed with such showstoppers.

However, there are plenty of products on the market that allow women to join in the bushy brow brigade, and business is booming.

Last year it was reported that the eyebrow industry was in the UK alone - a huge leap from the £6.5 million spent on powders, pencils, tweezers, serums and gels in 2011.

But as these pictures prove, while there are lots of products available to change the shape, size, length and width of your brows, not everyone knows how to use them.

From shaved off and drawn in, to brows as thick as a wrist, these eyebrows will make you thankful for the natural ones you were born with - even if they're not a patch on Cara Delevingne's.
