It’s the latest body trend that has stars reaching for their waist trainers – and a good cosmetic surgeon.
Introducing the era of the super-flat belly and ginormous behind, almost impossible to achieve if you’re not genetically blessed in those departments.
Which is where the doctors step in.
Dr Munir Somji, CMO of Dr MediSpa, says: “Those who decide to have the surgery will have liposuction from the stomach.
"This fat will then be reinjected into the bottom. It’s difficult to achieve the look naturally.”
Not that the celebs are admitting it…

Body talk: She’s the owner of the world’s most famous behind, but Kimmy’s most bankable ass-et has grown suspiciously larger over the years, while her waist gets tinier.
She broke the internet wearing nothing but her birthday suit back in 2014, and drew gasps this year at New York Fashion Week squeezed into a PVC dress.
Kim credits waist-training corsets for her midriff, but denies having any work done.
She says: “Who the hell of a normal person gets butt implants?”

Body talk: The Birmingham beauty caught the eye of Kylie Jenner’s ex Tyga during a trip to Cannes, and the two dated briefly in May 2016.
Demi claims to be completely natural and regularly wows her 5.8 million Instagram followers with pictures of her seemingly gravity-defying bum.
She says: “I have a Nike trainer and I train with him in Birmingham.
"We do lots of glutes work and abs work, 30 minutes each.”

He also shared a video of her going into surgery. Busted.
She says: “OK, so I posted a picture of my belly yesterday and the only reason it got that flat, you guys, is from breastfeeding and breast pumping and from my body already being small from before my pregnancy.”

She admitted that as a child, kids at school made fun of her “bubble butt”, and in March this year she gave fans a memorable sneak peek into a shoot for her clothing line Cocolicious, displaying her hourglass bod in a selection of swimsuits.
She says: “I enhanced my boobs at like 18. That’s the only thing.”
