A STUDENT has spoofed ‘before and after’ weight loss images by editing her date out of a photograph – because he called her “disgusting”.
Miranda Baker, 18, took to on Sunday and shared two images: one of herself posed with a man, and another with him cropped out of the picture.
The American student captioned the snap: “After getting called disgusting last night, I successfully dropped 200lbs!! (Before and after pics).”
The post has since been liked more than 420,000 times and retweeted by 57,000 social media users.
Miranda revealed that she and her date, whom she does not name, had spent the afternoon partying and having lunch with her parents.
Later, at his university bash, she said he told her: “The way you were acting today was disgusting and unattractive.”
Miranda ended up leaving the party to meet up with her friends because she was “done with him”.
She told : “About an hour later he called me, yelling at me to apologise for leaving him!
“I said, "I will not apologise for leaving you after you called me disgusting and unattractive."
Many Twitter users praised Miranda for her laugh-out-loud post.
“I love this! Know your worth! Ps you are stunning,” gushed one contributor, while another said: “I mean… it’s disgusting how perfect you look.
"He’s scum if he can’t see that good for you for knowing your worth!!! Btw falsies or mascara? Cause I’m jealous of those lashes lol.”
And one hopeful guy named Noah added: “I think you need to gain a healthy 165 now.”
One person named Kennedy took to the comments section to defend Miranda's date.
“It's really funny when no one knows the ACTUAL truth about what happened. Calling someone's actions disgusting is not the same as the actual person...” she wrote.
Miranda said she doesn't know who Kennedy is, but she insisted that she doesn't know the whole story.
She says she’s happy she shared the message: “I’ve gotten messages from woman telling me they were in awful and abusive relationships. Although mine wasn’t abusive, I felt like I was helping these women.”
Meanwhile, a woman, 24, who got trapped after throwing her poo out the window has broken her silence on "the worst Tinder date ever".
