WE see her work, work, work, work – and Rihanna’s hard graft is paying off.
Her Fenty Beauty make-up range has been an instant success.
With UK sales of cosmetics set to top £2billion this year, other celebs want a slice of the action.
Victoria Beckham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley have ranges in the shops, while style guru Trinny Woodall has launched a collection of stackable products to fit in your handbag.
But which famous face should you trust for painting yours?
Here, make-up artist LISA SLONEEM demonstrates which celebrity range is best for your lifestyle – and rates each range out of five.
Trinny Woodall: Trinny London
THE telly host has played a blinder here. The products come in stackable pots for a streamlined make-up bag.
All are cream-based – apply with fingers for minimal fuss. An online tool matches items to your skin, hair and eye colour.
Products used:
Just A Touch in Zandy (£28) – foundation and concealer two-in-one with buildable coverage. The Match2Me web tool chose a colour that suited our model perfectly.
Eye 2 Eye in Universe (£18) – cream-based shadows with intense pigments and a crease-resistant finish. Blended easily for a smoky eye. Using a fine angled brush I also used this dark grey shadow to give a more solid liner.
Lip 2 Cheek in Cha Cha (£25) – highly pigmented lip and cheek colours. I applied a small amount on the apples of the cheeks for a natural flush and more on the lips for a pop.
Golden Glow in Jensta (£25) – blend over base to add a golden tone to skin.
Verdict: Not cheap but I got a finished look with just four multi-tasking products and mascara. The stackable pots would be great for travelling. Buy it from .

Victoria Beckham: VB X Estée Lauder
DEBUTED in September 2016, these were inspired by Victoria’s favourite cities – London, Paris, New York and LA.
They are all about grown-up glamour and are rapidly gaining cult status.
Products used:
Bronzer Saffron Sun (£52) – apply all over the face to create VB’s signature look of perfectly golden skin or under cheekbones for a natural contour.
Eye Metal Eyeshadow in Bitter Clove (£36) – densely pigmented high-shine shadow in a beautiful earthy colour for a super-glam eye.
Eye Ink Matte Eyeliner (£36) – matte, intensely pigmented black liquid liner with a skinny felt tip for extra precision.
Matte Lipstick in Black Cassis (£38) – creamy and smooth for full, even coverage.
Verdict: The chic packaging has a designer feel but you are paying a higher price for the Estée Lauder brand name. I would pick a key item if you want a piece of VB, but the eyeliner at £36 is no better than my High Street favourite. You can find it at most department stores.

Rihanna: Fenty Beauty
EVERYONE wants the Fenty Face. The range has 40 shades of foundation to suit all skin tones, from palest porcelain to darkest ebony.
Rihanna wanted “women everywhere” to be included.
Products used:
Pro Filter Soft Matte Longwear Foundation (£26) – long-lasting finish foundation with medium-to-full coverage. Sweat and humidity-proof, it blends beautifully.
Match Stix Trio in Tan 300 (£46) – set of three twist-up make-up sticks that fit together with magnets like honeycomb.
Invisimatte Blotting Powder (£24) – a universal blotting powder that will disappear on any skin tone, leaving you shine-free.
Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer (£16) – shimmer high shine gloss to suit every skin tone.
Verdict: The Match Stix Trio is the most satisfying packaging I have seen in years. All products perform well and the price is fair for Rihanna’s name. Find it in Harvey Nichols.

Rosie Huntington -Whiteley: Autograph
ROSIE’S range is exclusive to Marks & Spencer.
The R osie For Autograph collection has a full range of products, from bases to contours, mascara and liners – everything you need for a signature glow.
Products used:
Starstruck Contour (£15) – the twist-up stick lets you apply the product straight from the bullet and blend with your fingers to get Rosie-style cheekbones.
Starstruck Highlighter (£15) – apply above the cheekbones for a candelit glow.
Cream Eyeshadow stick in Almond Eyes and Movie Star Crush (£15) – twist-up eyeshadow pens glide on as a cream and dry to give a crease-free velvet finish. Blend paler colour on the centre of the lid and use a darker shade to add smokiness in the outer corner and under the eye.
Lipstick in Silk Camisole (£14) – a super-nourishing pink nude lipstick.
Verdict: The range is as lovely to look at as it is to use, with its rose-gold vintage-looking packaging. It is reasonably priced and stands up against the others. Find it at M&S.
