IT’S no secret that being a big name online can see you rake in the big bucks – but now vloggers as young as SIX are earning millions.
To make you feel good about your life, a new calculator allows you to work out just how long it takes for well-known YouTube tots to earn your salary.
Take six-year-old star Ryan, for example, who uploads videos to the Ryan ToysReview account on the popular video-sharing site.
He boasts a whopping 9.5million subscribers and is estimated to bring home a staggering $29,900 (£23,000) a day.
He’s not the only one to earn a hefty amount, with the kids from The Family Fun Pack earning an estimated $11,000 (£8,500) a day.
The talented children are aged between four and ten, and put out daily videos showcasing their day-to-day lives.
And Matty B, who posts under MattyBRaps, is a 14-year-old singer from Atlanta who is estimated to bring in £3,059 ($4,000) a day.
The calculator by UK brandhas worked out how long it would take some of the top kid YouTubers to earn your wage.
Take the test – but beware, it might make for a sobering discovery.
The Office for National Statistics revealed that the average UK salary is £27,271.
Based on that, it would take kid YouTubers the following time to earn that wage:
- Ryan ToysReview – one day four hours
- Family Fun Pack – three days seven hours
- MattyBRaps – nine days four hours
- EvanTubeHD – nine days 19 hours
- Annie LeBlanc – 17 days nine hours
- JoJo Siwa – 20 days two hours
- Gamer Girl – 20 days 21 hours
- RonaldOMG – 22 days seven hours
- Hayley LeBlanc – 29 days two hours
- EthanGamer – 30 days 12 hours
