WE reveal top products from the high street in the season's must-have colour.
From all-over blush, to contrast liner and power pouts, we help you to feel bright and dazzle friends on the dance floor with millennial pink products.
The all-over blush
We’re talking cheeks, eyes and lips. The key is to use the same product for everything – so opt for a bright blush or, to really pack a punch, an eyeshadow, which is likely to contain stronger pigments.
Kiko High Pigment Wet And Dry Eyeshadow in 61 Satin Baby Pink, £5.90, is the ultimate girlie shade.
Dust over the tops of your cheekbones before mixing with Vaseline or a clear lip balm to create a bespoke pout.
Then dampen your shadow brush to really bring out the pigment, and apply all over your lid.
The contrast liner
Add a twist to one-shade eyeshadow with this edgy look. Inspired by the Oscar de la Renta A/W ’17 catwalk, the colour clash is only visible when you blink.
First build up Mac Small Eye Shadow in Frost – Crème De Violet, £13.50, to achieve the depth of colour you want.
Then use Kat Von D Everlasting Lip Liner in Sexer, £15, along the top lash line.
The pow pout
Mix millennial pink and metallic – two of the hottest Insta trends of the moment – and you get something magical, like Urban Decay Metallized Vice Lipstick in Big Bang, £15.50.
Keep the rest of your make-up minimal to prevent it from looking too full-on.
The gloss eye
Shine is having a moment – but instead of lips, it’s all about the eyes.
We love 3ina The Eye Gloss, £9.95, available in four shades, including clear.
It can be worn on its own or on top of eyeshadow to add some oomph.
We used the pink shade, 501, on top of Lord & Berry Seta Eye Shadow in Pink Ribbon, £12, before finishing with a swipe of Bourjois Rouge Velvet The Lipstick in Flaming Rose 02, £8.99, on lips.
