Gwyneth Paltrow’s new shop is selling Sex Dust and Psychic Vampire Repellent… and the prices are even more crazy than the products
The wacky actress's LA store boasts a bonkers stock list that also includes a £63 'medicine bag' full of stones
GWYNETH Paltrow is famed for her wacky wellbeing tips – including vaginal steaming and jade stones that she invites women to insert into their bodies.
Now she has opened a new shop to flog her own range of lifestyle products and the product list is frankly bonkers.
Sex Dust and Psychic Vampire Repellent are among the must-have goods in Goop Lab, the new LA store – and they’re not cheap.
The jar of Sex Dust, which describes the contents as “a lusty edible formula alchemized to ignite and excite sexy energy in and out of the bedroom”, will set you back £28.
A bottle of Psychic Vampire Repellent, made from "sonically tuned gem elixirs" comes in at £22.
For £63, you can also buy a “medicine bag” full of pebbles which includes black obsidian for “grounding and protection”, carnelian for “support for female issues”, lapis lazuli for “the speaking of one’s truth” and clear quartz for “connection with your higher self, intuition and spirit guides”.
But Gwyn appears to have left the vaginal jade stones off the stock list.
There are some more mainstream products in the store – but still at eye-watering prices.
The kitchenware department has a £37 rolling pin and a £53 pair of gold-handled floral scissors and there’s even the “prettiest compost bin ever” – for £130.
A silk blouse is selling for £507, a floral dress for £590 and a champagne flute for £133.
Store manager Heather Taylor told : “It’s all been choreographed by GP.
“All the products are clean. They have nothing that could be harmful to the body.”
