The most extreme plastic surgery addicts in the world – from a woman with a 30J chest to another with a 6ft BUM
THEY may not always want to admit it, but many celebrities are no stranger to going under the knife.
But in recent years, more and more members of the public have been inspired by their idols to go under the knife... and some have even become addicted to remodelling themselves.
From a model with a six-foot wide bum to a man desperate to look like Britney Spears, Channel 4 show Plastic & Proud took a look into the lives of those obsessed with cosmetic surgery.
Unlike their A-lister heros, the subjects of this series had no problem admitting they've had work done.
These plumped up people live with #PlasticPositive as their mantra – and natural beauty is far from their goal.
Natasha Crown - addicted to surgery on her six-foot wide bottom
One plastic fanatic Natasha Crown, 24, from Gothenburg, Sweden, earns a living from selling her videos and photographs to big bum enthusiasts.
Natasha was 20 when she had her first procedure and admits she's addicted to surgery – and now boasts a six-foot wide bottom to prove it.
To achieve a derriere that makes you stare, Natasha gorges on chocolate sundaes and huge meals so that she has enough excess weight for a fat transfer to make her 190 cm booty even bigger.
She said: “I was 20 when I had my first procedure and yes, I would say I’m obsessed.
“The first thing I do in the morning is go to the mirror and look at my bum.
“Maybe I have body dysmorphia or something but I don’t feel like it is even that big. I definitely want bigger.
“When I was a teenager and my body started to change – I got boobs, I got a bum. I just loved my body so much.
“Since then I have had three butt lifts as well as boob jobs and I also have [lip] filler and lots of other procedures.
“I just love the feel of having a big bum. When I walk, I feel all the jiggling, jiggling, jiggling and I start to feel horny with myself.
“That is the best feeling I think.
“My bum makes me feel sexy and makes me feel powerful.”
Neven Ciganovic - out to be a real life Peter Pan
Also on the show is Neven Ciganovic, 47, who has undergone countless surgeries in his quest to remain youthful-looking.
Neven said: “I had my first surgery when I was 22 and I just couldn’t stop. My goal is to look good forever.”
“I’ve had three nose jobs, silicone plumping in the lips and I have twice had cheek implants.
“I want to look 47 forever."
Pixee Fox - determined to look like a living cartoon
Also featured is Pixee Fox, a model who is on a cosmetic quest to look like a living cartoon.
The glamour model boasts a massive 30J chest and has even had six ribs removed on her mission for a tiny waist.
But the surgeries didn't end there; Pixee has also had four nose jobs, four boob jobs, a butt lift, cheek injections and two bouts of liposuction.
In June she even headed to India for permanent eye implants in order to turn her peepers “cartoon green”.
She cites Jessica Rabbit, Aurora from Sleeping Beauty and Holli Would from Cool World as her inspirations.
“Those cartoon characters represent the idealisation of the female body,” she has previously explained.
Pixee's bizarre figure shocked Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield when she appeared on This Morning to talk about her procedures.
Bryan Ray - obsessed with looking like Britney Spears
Bryan Ray's desperation to look like his pop idol Britney Spears has prompted him to have over 90 cosmetic surgeries at a cost of over $80,000 (£62,272).
The Los Angeles native first got veneers to match Britney's when he was 17, and has since gone under the knife for a nose job, had fat injected into his cheeks, laser hair removal, lip fillers, Botox injections and much more.
Bryan also splashes out around £400-a-month on lotions to keep his skin looking youthful.
The super fan claims the Toxic singer helped him to understand himself while growing up, and describes her as 'perfection'.
The aspiring model, who is even referred to as 'Britney' by friends, said: "Ever since I was young there was something about Britney Spears - I thought was the perfect package.
"I was obsessed. I watched all her interviews, learned all her choreography and then paid to have the same perfect smile, as I felt that during that time we were very similar.
"I was trying to look like Britney Spears. The surgeons who designed my veneers asked me which celebrity smile I wanted to base mine on, and it was hers.
