This is how Khloe Kardashian achieved her sizzling shape with her revenge body regime… from eating seven meals a day to working out five times a week

FOR years Khloe Kardashian considered herself as the "chubby one" in her family after always comparing herself to her smaller sisters.

And in 2013, the reality TV star hit rock bottom when she split from her former husband Lamar Odom after four years of marriage.

But it proved a turning point as soon after, she embarked on a gruelling health and fitness regime, that has seen her shed three stone and drop two dress sizes.

Here we chart the tips Khloe has shared on how she got her sizzling revenge body.

Eating seven meals a day

From the moment she decided to tone up and get in shape, Khloe has been very open about her diet.

And even though it would seem you should eat less to shed the pounds, it was revealed that the Kardashian sister eats up to seven small meals a day.

The star's nutritionist Dr Philip Goglia told how most of these meals are made up of fruit and vegetables, which keep her fuller for longer.

He explained: "For breakfast, she’ll have one scoop of whey protein powder with one tablespoon almond butter and a fruit of choice blended with ice and water and made into a shake ... For her second meal of the day, Kardashian will have a piece of fruit of her choice.

"4oz chicken breast with vegetables and salad that is high in iron (something like beetroot and spinach) [for meal three] and vegetables, so maybe one cup of celery or one cup of tomatoes with 12 almonds [for meal four]."

He added: "More vegetables - for this [fifth] meal, she’ll have either one cup of celery or tomatoes with one egg. For dinner, she will have fatty fish - either salmon, sea bass, black cod or artic char.

"This will be served with 8oz of vegetables and salad ... After dinner, Kardashian can have a piece of fruit of her choice. (sic)"

Like many people, Khloe loved nothing better than bingeing on milk and cheese before starting her fitness regime.

So one of the first things she did on her way to achieving her sizzling shape was to cut out dairy products.

And in her first month-and-a-half into her weight-loss programme, Khloe lost 11lbs.

Drinking six litres of water a day

As well as keeping what she eats in check, Khloe also revealed she is very strict when it comes to what she drinks.

And she believes that one of the reasons her fitness regime has been so successful is because she drinks up to six litres of water a day.

In an Instagram post she wrote: "I try to consume about 5 to 6 L of water a day. (based off of my body weight and how much I workout this number was given to me by a nutritionist).

"Infused water has the benefit of being full of flavour, it also has very low to no calories, making it a very powerful tool in your efforts to lose weight and gain better health."

However, Kardashian fans did raise their concerns over the admission over the amount of water she has to drink.

Enjoying some special treats

Sticking to an intensive diet can be tough so Khloe does allow herself the occasional treat.

But rather than a full blow out, her nutritionist says she only has a small amount of what she is craving, usually every seven days.

This can include a handful of M&Ms, a slice of pizza or a couple of glasses of wine.

Exercising five times a week

It's all well and good eating the right things, but the other key to a revenge body is exercise.

And fitness addict Khloe is said to work out five-times a week to maintain her toned physique.

The 32-year-old says she tries to be active everyday and when she does exercises, she favours high intensity routines.

These include boxing sessions three times a week as well as cycling and running on a treadmill.

Khloe also enjoys circuits and pilates and often works out with a friend so she can stay motivated.
