This is what The Human Ken Doll would look like as a pensioner if he had NEVER had surgery

MATTEL doesn't make OAP Barbie and Ken dolls... but if they did would they look like this?

Brazilian reality star, Rodrigo Alves, dubbed the Human Ken Doll for his extreme modified looks, first went under the knife when he was just 17.

But thanks to a bit of app wizardry from AgingBooth, we can picture what the 34-year-old might look like in his twilight years.

Using a recent picture of Rodrigo, the power of technology takes him forward to 2047 - where we discover he still has a full head of hair, pale green contacts and a tan.

However, the heavily wrinkled face hints that the telly star has turned his back on fillers and face smoothing treatments somewhere in the latter stages of his life - something that seems totally out of character for the extravagant socialite.

Earlier this week, Rodrigo told The Sun Online that he was planning on using stem cell technology to preserve his youth and looks forever, making this mock-up an impossible reality.

He explained: "I was born in the wrong body and I have spent my entire life trying to reveal the real me.

“Now I’ve achieved my dream face and body I plan to stop the ageing process using stem cell technology.

“I’ve already had lots of them injected into my face, scalp and bloodstream.

“My aim to always look ageless and maintain my unique looks.

“After all there is no other man or another Rodrigo Alves that looks like me."

Another fantasy scenario dreamed up by the aging app is how Rodrigo would have looked if he had NEVER gone under the knife.

A picture from Rodrigo's twenties before he underwent the bulk of his FIFTY-EIGHT different operations lets him develop in to a charming OAP with a twinkle in his eye.

With chubby jowls and a natural web of crow's feet beneath his eyes, Rodrigo looks like he could moonlight as the granddad in a Werther's Original ad.

Rodrigo might look unrecognisable in both of these photos, but that was his sad reality for him not so long ago.

He told The Sun Online that he underwent a year of therapy as his parents feared he had body dysmorphic disorder.

He said: "After one year of treatment, the doctors agreed that I was perfectly sane but that I just had a mirror image issue.

“I can only describe it as having a feeling that I was born in the wrong body.

“In my dreams I look a certain way, but then getting up in the morning and looking at myself in the mirror I didn’t recognise myself.

“This was why I carried on having surgeries, seeking out the best doctors in the USA, Brazil, Europe and Middle East to help me become my true self.”
