The purple patient
Cosplay actress Bunny Blaze was painted purple when she visited the famous clinic.
She had enormous 2000cc boobs, but was determined to go even bigger - so she would look exactly like a comic book character.
The doctors advised her against it, warning that she could end up with a uniboob.
But a determined Bunny said: "I will talk to every doctor in the world, until I’m blue in the face, to achieve the look that I’m going for."
Absolutely baa-rmy
A mum who had what she believed to be sheep's fat injected into her lips visited the Botched clinic - because her trout pout was STILL growing 12 years later.
The horrified doctors told Ashley the mysterious substance was more likely to be non-medical grade, non-sterile silicone.
They reckoned she had round 7 or 8ccs of filler in her lip, whereas most patients would get just 1 or 1 ½.
Luckily for Ashley, the experts were able to remove the silicone - and return her lips to a more normal size.
Human Ken Doll
Human Ken Doll Rodrigo Alves has had so much surgery that the Botched doctors warned him his nose could "turn black and fall off".
He visited the duo because multiple nose jobs had left him unable to breathe through his nose.
Rodrigo had three nose jobs in the same year, leaving the doctors struggling to examine him properly - because his nose was so tight.
Chipmunk cheeks
Transgender lads' mag model Shauna Brooks was left with "chipmunk cheeks" after having black market silicone injections when she was just 14 years old.
She had gone under the knife 22 times - but her lopsided cheeks left her hating her looks.
The doctors prescribed a series of anti-inflammatory injections, to reduce the size of Shauna's cheeks.
Leaky breasts
Drs Paul and Terry were left stunned when porn star Elizabeth Starr visited them complaining about their O-cup breast implants.
The seven pint implants had started to leak from under her nipple, and Elizabeth was worried they could kill her.
She had already spent an enormous £200,000 trying to fix her dodgy op.
Elizabeth had "string" implants, which are now illegal.
Desperate for help
Starrina appeared on Botched By Nature, seeking help for her facial deformity - which left her unable to eat.
The American had a growth by her mouth which was so large she would end up chewing her own SKIN whenever she tried to eat.
It turned out she had a a vascular malformation, which is a blood vessel abnormality which means pools of blood had collected in the mass.
The doctors asked a specialist colleague to step in and deal with the "unusual" case, and Starrina was thrilled with the results of her operation.
No ifs, just butts
A woman who reckons she's got the "biggest boobs in Europe" visited the Botched clinic to ask for a butt to match.
Martina Big has 32S breasts, which each contain nearly seven pints of liquid and weigh 9lbs.
She said her Barbie bum was too flat, but the doctors were worried about letting Martina go any bigger.
As soon as Martina sat down on a chair one of her trial implants, which were only half the size she wanted, burst - and she realised the fantasy wasn't realistic.
