While the weather certainly heated things up, the crowds of fitness fans didn’t let it put them off as they followed Joe’s lead, performing high knees with punches, squats, push ups, rope climbers, reverse lunges and reverse crunches.

On completing the workout 30-year-old Joe told the thousands of people to "Skip watching love island in the week and do a home workout instead."

The health guru also showed his fun side by telling those who had just helped him achieve a world record to "Go enjoy a gin and tonic or glass of wine to celebrate."

Joe, who spoke to The Sun after breaking the world record, said: “It's just amazing I can't believe I've done it.

"Seeing all those people out there, I was so nervous at first.

"It's just so great that these people have come from all over to do this on a Wednesday night.

"Honestly, any amount of books sold or dvd records broken, nothing compares to seeing people do my workouts and feel good after.

"What's next after this?!"

Mid-way through his 30 minute workout Joe gave the crowd a boost, taking his top off to show his 'lean in 15' six pack.

He also brought out his one-year-old nephew Oscar Wicks, performing squats with the tot on stage.

Wicks, also known by his famous alias the Body Coach, already holds the record for being the author of the UK’s biggest-selling diet books since records began.

The author of the Lean in 15 trilogy, who made it big on social media with his quick and easy meals

and cheeky-chappy personality, says getting more people fit and healthy is his biggest goal.

So where is he going to hang his new world record? He says: "This is so special and personal it's going on the wall in my gym at home.
