What is the Wetherspoons dress code? Here’s what you must wear to be allowed into the pub
Before anyone starts getting too worried, it's not the strictest rule you'll have seen
WETHERSPOONS pubs are loved by many, but few probably realise they actually have a dress code.
That's right, you favourite low-cost pub chain could chuck you out if you aren't wearing the right thing. Who knew?
What is the Wetherspoons dress code?
Before you break out in a cold sweat over the news, there's no need to get too concerned.
That's because, pretty predictably, the Wetherspoon's dress code isn't that strict.
In fact that could be something of an understatement.
It's which explains: "Customers are requested to remain fully clothed throughout their visit, including wearing shoes."
So that's it - just don't take your shoes off and make sure you're covered and you're in.
Which might be bad news for any guys who fancy a summer beer with their shirt off, but you'll learn to live with it.
That said, there is an addition bit of info added in.
It's explained: "In addition, some pubs do operate a specific dress code at all or certain times.
"For information on these requirements, please speak directly to the team of the pub you wish to visit."
So, you could be slung out if the establishment doesn't like what you're wearing.
Some ale houses also allow users to order food and drink from the app which can then be brought to your table, sparing you making a trip to the bar.
