The stars who look the EXACT same in a bikini as they did 30 years ago & the two-minute tips their grans taught them

FOR some of us, squeezing into a bikini from our younger days might leave us red-faced - and not just from the sun.
But for age-defying besties Liz Hurley and Trinny Woodall, it’s no sweat.
This week Liz, 58, shared two stunning bikini snaps to celebrate Trinny turning 61.
The actress posted a throwback shot of the pair topless on a beach in 1994, alongside a recent snap of them rocking tiny bikinis - still sizzling and barely looking any older.
Liz, who has known Trinny for 30 years, wrote: “Happy birthday Trin-a-ling.
“May we romp together in our bikinis for many more years.”

And they aren't the only stars who still look just as stunning in a bikini as they did years ago.
Here, we take a look at other celebrities who are still sizzling decades later.
Jennifer Lopez
She proves she's still the same Jenny from the Block with her stunning bikini snaps.
At 55, she looks as youthful as she did performing at the 1999 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas.

Her age-defying beauty and fitness come down to a disciplined lifestyle, combining eight hours of sleep each night with a high-intensity workout regimen.
"The number one tip is to always get enough sleep," Lopez told InStyle US.
“I can’t stress this enough. Ideally I would love to get nine or 10 hours of sleep, but either way, I always make sure I get at least eight.”
Davina McCall
She may not have discovered exercise until her late thirties, but Davina McCall is proof that it's never too late to turn back the clock.
At 57, she’s navigating menopause while showing no signs of slowing down - and she can still slip into a string bikini with ease.
More recently, Davina's life completely changed after she underwent a life saving operation to remove a tumour from her brain.
In November last year, she announced she had been diagnosed with the benign tumour in November.
This came as a total shock to Davina, as doctors discovered a 14mm colloid cyst after the TV star had a free brain scan with private healthcare company, One Welbeck, which she received in exchange for giving a talk about menopause.
But since recovering from her major op, Davina has shown she is getting back to full health as she returns to the gym.
The TV presenter wore workout gear in an online video as she eases herself back into exercising.
She said: “Been walking daily.
"Yesterday, I did 15 minutes in the gym . . . just to see.
"I’ve lost a lot of muscle so gonna eat really well and train hard!!”
From presenting Big Brother in the early 2000s, where she famously wore a bikini on stage, to sharing photos with her 2 million Instagram followers, Davina continues to inspire.
She previously revealed that when it comes to food choices, she opts for her main meal at lunch, choosing pasta, courgettes, or eggs to keep her body fuelled throughout the day.
Halle Berry
She might play a superhero on screen, but her ability to defy ageing seems like a real-life superpower.
Wearing an orange bikini 20 years apart, the only thing that has changed is her hairstyle.
At 58, Halle follows a strict workout routine, training four to five times a week.
She told that hydration and supplements – including vitamins A, D, and K, fish oils, and collagen – are key parts of her daily regimen to keep her skin and body in peak condition.
Salma Hayek
Salma Hayek is consistently ranked as one of the most beautiful women in the world, thanks to her graceful ageing, mindful practices, and natural approach to beauty.
From her unforgettable role as Santanico Pandemonium in the 1996 film From Dusk Till Dawn – where she famously wore a bikini – to effortlessly posing while lounging by the pool nearly 30 years later, Salma looks unchanged.
Speaking to Salma revealed an unconventional skincare habit — she skips washing her face in the morning.
"I never cleanse my skin in the morning. My grandmother taught me that at night your skin replenishes all the things you lost during the day," she explained.
Instead, she refreshes her skin with rose water as "it’s so gentle and wakes the skin up."
Naomi Campbell
There’s a reason Naomi Campbell remains a supermodel icon - her timeless beauty and effortless style ensure she’ll never be out of work.
From strutting the runway in a Chanel bikini back in 1994 to soaking up the Mykonos sun just last year, Naomi, 54, knows exactly how to put her best foot forward.
Speaking to , she revealed her beauty secret is surprisingly simple.
"I've been taking care of my skin since I was a child because my mother always told me I had to moisturise," she shared.
Naomi starts her routine with a mist of La Roche-Posay’s Serozinc Face Toner, which hydrates while delivering a mattifying effect.
To help her serums absorb better, she uses a microneedling tool across her chin, jawline, and cheekbones.
“I like the skin to be shiny and dewy,” she added - and judging by her glow, her routine clearly works.
Demi Moore
At 62, Demi Moore continues to stun with her ageless beauty and toned physique - seemingly unchanged since her Charlie’s Angels days in 2003.
When it comes to skincare, the actress keeps it simple but consistent.
In an interview with she revealed that cleansing is non-negotiable, no matter what.

She’s been spotted attending Pilates classes with her daughters, and back in 2010, she told that she was a fan of Bikram yoga.
Biggest skincare trends for 2025
Head of Clinic, Kimberley Medd, shared the five skincare trends predicted to take off in 2025.
1. Exosomes
Exosomes are the buzzword for 2025, taking advanced skin regeneration to new heights. These micro-messengers signal skin cells to repair damage, boost collagen, and accelerate recovery, and they’re a gamechanger for targeting ageing.
2. Streamlined Skincare
The age of 12-step routines is fading as consumers shift to more intentional, multi-functional products. Streamlining skincare not only saves time but also reduces the risk of overloading your skin. In 2025, we’ll see a rise in hybrid products that combine active ingredients for simplified, effective results.
3. Vegan Collagen
Plant-based collagen will dominate the skincare world this year, providing a sustainable, ethical alternative to traditional animal-derived collagen. Expect vegan collagen in everything from moisturisers to serums.
4. The Rise Of AI
AI is revolutionising the beauty landscape, making it possible for consumers to get truly personalised skincare solutions. In 2025, we predict a dramatic shift towards AI-powered tools that help people understand their skin on a deeper level.
5. Hair Loss Solutions -
Hair loss is an issue that affects more men than we often realise, and it’s no longer just something we’re talking about behind closed doors. This year, expect to see a continued rise in demand for treatments that not only tackle hair loss but also nurture overall scalp health.
