A WOMAN claims she cheats the ageing process and gets mistaken for a teenager with a few bizarre tricks.
Kristina Lubovna is a health and wellness advocate who is determined to look young as long as possible while also keeping the Grim Reaper at bay.
The 31-year-old regularly guzzles olive oil and drizzles the food dressing on her skin.
But the anti-ageing hacks to end there, Kristina uses cult kitchen cleaning sponge Scrub Daddy, usually used to tackle tough kitchen stains, to smooth any rough patches.
She believes her kooky regime, alongside scoffing the tough rinds of fruit and vegetables, will preserve her youth and help her live for longer.
Kristina, from Los Angeles, California, US, said: "I want to avoid getting old and wrinkly as long as I can.

"That's not to say ageing can't be a beautiful and graceful process, but I want to take care of my body as best I can.
"All we have is our bodies, I want to cheat the ageing process and live as long as I can. I want to be ready in each phase of my life to welcome it in the best way.
"People keep mistreating the only vessel that they're in - then wondering why their quality of life is so bad. You just need discipline and self control."
Kristina also avoids processed sugar in a bid to live longer, as well as to help give her skin a healthy glow.

"I eat plenty of protein and vegetables. It all ties into diet, exercise and sleep.
"I also drink olive oil. It contains fatty acids, which helps keep our bodies healthy. If we keep healthy it helps with our longevity of life."
Kristina describes herself as an olive oil "connoisseur" and has tried many different types over the years, and still claims to "love the taste".
"I'm a strong believer in eating the peels of fruits and veggies. They have the most potent benefits and we throw them away," she added.
"I eat the peels of bananas, avocados, pineapples and watermelon."
Not only is Kristina disciplined about what she puts into her body, but also about her quirky beauty and exercise regime.
Alongside typical beauty lotions and potions, Kristina uses olive oil and a tough kitchen sponge to buff off the grime of the day, leaving her with super-smooth skin.
Krstina said: "I exfoliate twice a week. Living in LA, especially with the amount of smog and all the oils I put on my body, I feel like they adhere to my skin when I run outside.
"I make sure to scrub that off. I use a Scrub Daddy, the kind that are used to clean barbeques, it makes my skin shiny.
"I also use a gua sha and olive oil on my face to improve circulation.
As far as exercise goes, she swears by weightlifting, as well as yoga and running.

Celery juice is packed with antioxidants like vitamin C and flavonoids, which combat free radicals that cause cellular damage and aging.
Its high water content keeps your skin hydrated and plump, reducing the appearance of wrinkles.
The anti-inflammatory compounds in celery, such as apigenin and luteolin, help reduce chronic inflammation linked to ageing.
Rich in essential nutrients like vitamin K and potassium, celery juice supports overall skin health and body functions.
Drinking celery juice regularly can complement a balanced diet and skincare routine, promoting a youthful glow from within.
"By embracing this lifestyle I want to take care of my body for as long as I can."
A first-generation immigrant from Russia to the US, Kristina is a philanthropist and advocate for holistic health.
