The 47-year-old is on a quest to look as young as possible and says she's found the best procedure.

The mum has splashed out £9,000 to get someone else’s fat injected into her face and body.

Known as Renuva, the injectable is derived from donor tissue, which is stripped down, so that it only contains occurring proteins, collagen and growth factors.

But it's not the only bizarre request she's made to look young forever.

She even intends to get a blood transfusion from her own son, Rodrigo, 23, in an effort to keep aging at bay.

After discussing the treatment on a podcast, Marcela's listeners went wild when she mentioned "The Substance".

Demi Moore plays the fictional celeb, Elisabeth Sparkle, who injects herself with a mystery drug to see the creation of a younger version of herself. “As of late, people love to compare me to Elisabeth from "The Substance," Marcela, who lives in Los Angeles and has 1.2 million followers, told "What’s The Jam".

“I don’t mind because, to me, the movie is about bringing back the best version of yourself.

“I’m really excited about this new treatment because it is the most natural way to restore your own fat.

“It has made me look more youthful and plump.”

“People are tired of fillers because they know that it is just filler – it doesn’t restore anything, this is the future of beauty”.

Marcela has spent over £89,000 on cosmetic treatments over the years, and has been injecting her face, hands and legs with other people's fat to add volume to her skin.

The mum, from Buenos Aires, is thrilled with the results, saying: “I have done two treatments on my legs, one on my temple and one on my hands.

“It is amazing how I can see my own body reacting to it.”

What are the risks of lip fillers?

THE RISKS of dermal fillers depend on whether the procedure was done correctly and the type of filler used.

The NHS recommends you speak to your practitioner about the risks beforehand.

Serious problems are rare but can include:

  • Infection
  • A lumpy appearance under the skin, which might need to be treated with surgery or medicine
  • The filler moving away from the intended treatment area, which may need to be removed using surgery
  • Scarring
  • Blocked blood vessels in the face, which can cause tissue death and permanent blindness

You should see your GP if you have any complications that need medical attention and speak to your practitioner if you're not happy with the results or experience lumpiness.

“It has truly been a game-changer for me, as I can look like myself again without going under the knife or adding fillers.”

“The procedure doesn't require any recovery time, and you'll see the results right away – it's like magic in an hour.”

The fat costs around £840 per 1.5ml, but depending on the area where the fat is injected, 3ml is typically administered per session.

Marcela, who also runs her own business, previously revealed that she spends £780 a month on IVs, wellness injections, vitamins and creams to keep her youthful.

As well as undergoing various treatments, she follows a strict diet and daily routine.

The influencer has previously talked about how others are shocked to learn that she has a son in his early 20s.

She added: “People say I am far too young to be a mum.” “They constantly ask me what I do to stay looking so young.

“It feels great that people recognise the work that I have put in.”
