I’m the world’s most beautiful woman – any man who wants to date me has to have £4K per month spare to pay for my looks
AS Valentine’s Day approaches, Janaína Prazeres - once crowned the “World’s Most Beautiful Woman” - has revealed her non-negotiable dating requirements, and they’re as bold as they are detailed.
The 35-year-old model, who has 717,000 followers online, has made it clear that she knows exactly what she wants in a partner - and what she won’t tolerate.
To start, Janaína has no interest in dating men who are still living with their parents, labelling them “children” who “avoid adult responsibilities.”
Now, it’s their turn to pay.
“I have very clear rules that, for me, are fundamental when evaluating a potential partner," Janaína told .
“A man who still lives with his mum is unlikely to have the autonomy needed for a serious relationship.

“I have [been on dates with men who live with their mums] and most of the time, it was even worse than I imagined.
“They let them make all the decisions for them – that’s a dealbreaker for me.
“It’s simple – a man who can’t be independent enough to leave his parents’ house probably lacks the emotional maturity for a serious relationship.
“It’s hard to build something solid with someone who stays in their comfort zone, avoiding adult responsibilities.
“I’m not here to raise or teach anyone, I’m looking for a partner, not a child.”
“The beauty fee [that I expect them to pay for] covers my aesthetic procedures, haircare, daily maintenance, [the cost for my] personal trainer and other investments in my appearance.
"Men today want women in the old-fashioned style – always impeccable, well-groomed, feminine.
“But they forget that, in the past, men also played a different role.
“If they want a classic woman, they need to be willing to act like classic men.
“That requires investment and commitment. I've lost a lot of time and money investing in relationships that didn’t work out.
I also like men with a natural, robust style – a beard, a modern touch, but no exaggeration
Janaína Prazeres, 35
“I spent years taking care of myself, keeping up my appearance, spending on aesthetics, clothes, the gym…and in the end, I was left at a loss.
“I even considered suing some ex-boyfriends for the money I wasted trying to stay perfect for them.
“Women already spend so much on self-care to look good.”
Other red flags? Janaína is wary of men who use dating apps too much, lack politeness and spend too much time on grooming.
The model has been dubbed ‘The Perfect Woman’ by Playboy Norway in the past, and she expects to be treated in accordance with her title.
She said: "I don't go out with guys who seem to be there just to rack up as many matches [on dating apps] as possible.
“I can spot that right away, and I don't want to waste my time on someone who isn't authentic. I like men who treat me with care and respect.
“Opening the car door, for example, is a sign of politeness that shows how much he values the moment and my company.
I see no issue with a man investing in the woman he’s with, as long as it’s clear from the start
Janaína Prazeres, 35
“It might seem small, but it says a lot about someone's character.
“I also like men with a natural, robust style – a beard, a modern touch, but no exaggeration.”
Janaína admits that some friends feel her stance isn’t “feminist”, but she sees no issue with her requirements.
She said: "I see no problem with it as long as it's an agreement between both parties.
“Feminism advocates freedom of choice, and this is mine. I choose to value myself and only engage with someone who understands what that means.
“For me, a relationship must be beneficial for both sides, and that balance is essential. It’s not an imposition, it’s an agreement.
“And only those who understand and accept it become part of my life.
“I see no issue with a man investing in the woman he’s with, as long as it’s clear from the start.
“Today, I know exactly what I want and expect from a partner.

“I know what I want, and more importantly, I know what I don't want.
“These rules save me time and help me avoid disappointment.”
Facts you didn't know about the Playboy Mansion
Girlfriends vs Playmates
Rumour has it that Hugh Hefner would have two to a dozen "girlfriends" living with him at a time. These girlfriends are not to be confused with Playmates. Each girlfriend had their own room, but one “special lady” was named as girlfriend number one and stayed with Hef in his room. Each girlfriend received a $1,000 (£760) weekly bonus "allowance."
Hef's Wild side
The Playboy mansion was home to a private zoo. It was one of very few private residences that actually has a zoo license. Hefner was a fan of birds. Among his collection - many of which roamed the grounds - were peacocks, macaws, flamingos, toucans and ducks.
The Elvis Legend
Within the mansion was a secret room, called “The Elvis Room.” Legend has it that the King himself, Elvis Presley, had a little slumber party in the room with up to eight eager bunnies.
