Sexpert reveals the BEST positions for a guaranteed orgasm as a woman & you’ve likely never heard of the ‘cat’
AS a woman it can be hard to orgasm every single time - and chances are you may have faked a climax or two in the past.
In fact, a study published in Sexual Medicine by Oxford University Press found that a woman’s rate of orgasm during sex was between 46 per cent to 58 per cent.
This was a lot lower than the men’s rate of orgasm, which was between 70 per cent to 85 per cent.
One of the reasons for this could be that it is widely thought that between 75 per cent and 90 per cent of women need clitoral stimulation to climax - and can’t from penetration alone.
In many sex positions between a man and a woman this simply doesn’t happen, leaving the woman without an orgasm.
It is important to note that climaxing doesn’t have to always be the end goal of sex.

1. The CAT position
One of the top recommended positions is the CAT, which stands for Coital Alignment Technique.
In this face-to-face bedroom move, the male positions themself higher than they would in traditional missionary.

They then insert just the tip of their penis, with the shaft then lying on your vulva instead of being inside.
The shaft is then pulled against the clitoris as you rock together, which produces great sensations.
2. The Pinner position
The second move involves the female lying flat on her front, with the male lying face down on top.
He then penetrates you from behind, while you can use your hand to rub your clitoris.
According to sex experts, women who have never “orgasmed” have ended up climaxing with the Pinner position.
3. Free-as-air position
For this move, the man lies down on their back and you sit on their penis facing away in a reverse cowgirl style move.

5. Cowgirl
For the age-old Cowgirl move, the woman needs to be on top, as their partner lies down on their back.

Eleanor McKenzie, an editor and sex expert at adult romance website, app, and magazine , added: "It’s a far better position than missionary for stimulating the clit, both with the penis and with the hands.
"On top of that, there is always eye contact, so you could say it’s a position that strengthens a sense of intimacy, as well as being very erotic."
6. The Shoulder Holder
One position which really focuses on clitorial stimulation is the Shoulder Holder, according to sex expert Anna Richards.
She said: “The Shoulder Holder is focused on deep penetration to help hit the G-spot.
“The receiving partner lies on their back and the giver kneels between their legs and then raises them both resting the calves against their chest and shoulders.

“This can be either side of the head or indeed can be more intense when ankles are crossed to one side shoulder only.
“The giver can then take control and move the legs up and down or side to side while sliding the head and shaft of the penis or dildo along the front wall of the vagina and enjoying some deep penetration adding to your pleasure.”
