“Tina looks very different from her first appearance in Love Island,” he explains.
"She is still very young, so the most recognisable and obvious change is the size of her lips, suggesting she’s been experimenting with lip filler and gradually building them up over the last couple of years.”
Here, YASMIN HARISHA speaks to celebrity surgeons and takes a look at the other possible tweakments the blonde bombshell may have had.
Face Tweaks
Facially, Tina still has a striking appearance, which could be attributed to a variety of treatments.

Dr. Omar Tillo, plastic surgeon and medical director at says: “One noticeable change could be the contouring of her chin.
“It seems as though she might have had chin filler to elongate the shape of her face, giving her a more refined look.
“This is a common procedure to enhance the lower face, particularly when someone’s natural face shape is more round, as it can add balance and definition.”
Chin filler can vary between £340 and £1090, depending on the amount of filler used.
Lip Enhancements
Compared to nine years ago, her lips also appear to be fuller than before.
Dr. Omar says: “They’ve been subtly enhanced, which indicates lip filler.
“However, the way her lips have been done seems very natural and the shape suits her overall facial proportions.”
Dr Nora Jaafar, a cosmetic and medical dermatology doctor at , adds: “She appears to have had dermal filler in her lips, adding volume and projection that align beautifully with her overall facial proportions.
“Without this, the face might appear unbalanced.”
In the UK, the cost of lip filler treatments typically ranges from £200 to £1,000 per session, depending on the practitioner’s expertise and the type of filler used.
High Brow
Surgeons have also noted changes to her brow area.
Dr. Omar says: “Her eyebrows look a little more lifted than in her previous photos, indicating she may have had a brow lift.
“This is often done with Botox which can be used to lift the brow area by relaxing the muscles that pull down the brows, giving the face a slightly more youthful, refreshed look without appearing too ‘frozen’."
This treatment can cost between £3,000 – £7,000.
Body Works
Tina flaunted her impressive body whilst wearing string bikinis and certainly the boys locked in.
Dr. Omar says: “It seems Tina may have undergone a breast enlargement, resulting in very natural-looking results.
“The size and shape of her breasts are well proportioned to her frame, which is essential to avoid an unnatural appearance.
“In her case, the surgery appears to have been skilfully performed, preserving a natural silhouette that complements her overall figure seamlessly.

Tina has a youthful glow and no doubt has a dedicated skincare routine.

“Her youthful glow could be a result of regular in-clinic skin rejuvenation treatments such as microneedling, chemical peels, and laser therapies.
