NOT ALL-WHITE

My mother-in-law wore white to my wedding, & that’s just the start, she interrupted our first kiss to smooch her own son

The bride's new in-law also wore some very questionable underwear

EVERYONE knows that wearing white to a wedding is about the biggest faux pas a guest can commit.

But for one bride her mother-in-laws white dress was the least of her worries as she revealed in a shocking Reddit post.

Taking to the forum, the bride shared a photograph from her own nuptials which sees the groom’s mum dressed in a white ball gown that could easily be mistaken for a wedding dress.

However, it was the behaviour of her mother-in-law that left the newlywed’s feathers truly ruffled.

Captioning the photo she wrote: “Flashback to when my mother in law wore this to our wedding.

“You could also see her purple thong underwear through the material.

“See her hand reaching out! This was during the kiss when she grabbed him so she could kiss him.”

She later confirmed that her in-law had interrupted the moment the celebrant said ‘you may kiss the bride.’

The bride went on to add that this was not the first time her hubby’s mum had dressed inappropriately at a wedding.

She added: “She wore white to one other sister in laws wedding too.

“The third sister in law she approved of so she wore purple. She is no longer in our lives for many reasons.”

Fellow Redditors were left horrified by the woman’s behaviour, sharing their thoughts in the comments.

I left my fiance seconds into our wedding, I was ready for happily ever after, but it ended with 5 words at 6am

One wrote: “Holy c***. I would be embarrassed for this woman, but she clearly has no sense of shame.”

“Yeah I think that lady loves her son a bit too much,” agreed another, while a third added, “The absolute audacity! How did you stay calm?”

The photo was shared on the subreddit
