Shoppers race to Primark to nab ‘cute’ new knitwear and there’s even a version that’s perfect for spring
CHRISTMAS and New Year may be over, but that doesn't mean the cold weather and dark nights are finished.
This means that while the festive outfits are being packed away, the cosy knitwear will stay in our wardrobes for a little while longer.
The thick coats, winter boots and thick jumpers are a staple for this time of year.
But if you're looking for some fresh knitwear to spruce up your wardrobe now that 2025 has officially arrived, then Primark has you covered.
The bargain retail giant has caused a frenzy among shoppers after showing off its stunning collection on social media.
And many have been left saying they "love" what the new collection has to offer.
Not only is it ideal for this coming cosy season, but there's even a version that is perfect for springtime.
The collection includes the gorgeous Button-Up Knit Cardigan which can be picked up for £11 in Scottish stores.
Primark bosses have hailed it as being a "timeless piece", adding that "it’ll be a new favourite in your capsule wardrobe".
They also said "ts cosy appeal is boosted by the ribbed trims and slightly fuzzy texture" means "it can be a go-to layer year after year".
It comes in four colours including grey, blue, oatmeal and ivory and is available in sizes ranging from an XS to XL.
Another popular item in the range is the stunning Bow Tie-Front Cardigan for £17.
The description on the website reads: "A five-pocket design features a signature denim look that allows you to store lots of small essentials wherever you go.
"While the wide-leg silhouette adds a slightly vintage feel to the style."
The retail giant excitedly shared a video showcasing the new collections with followers on Instagram.
Staff captioned the post: "Cosy season is calling".
