THE most common Christmas work party mishaps include oversharing personal information, falling asleep – and flirting with someone off-limits.

Other festive fails identified through the poll of 2,000 employees include questionable dancing, spilling food or drink down themselves, and hogging the karaoke.

, found 15 per cent have even admitted to calling in sick to avoid their colleagues.

Following the findings, the brand has unveiled a festive truck which will deliver ice-cold drinks to those suffering post-party hangovers in selected cities during December.

It will be going on tour in Edinburgh (12), Glasgow (13), Manchester (18), and London (19) - if they text 07598 402 867 revealing their party regrets.

Spokesperson Kenny Nicholson said: "We all know that dreaded post-Christmas party feeling but we’re here to help.

"It’s one of the biggest nights of the year for the office, but no one wants to feel like an idiot - or as Scot’s would say, ‘fanny’ - the morning after.

"That’s why this Christmas, we’re creating a festive truck dropping off the ultimate pick-me-up when they need it most."

The study, conducted via , also found despite 63 per cent typically looking forward to their Christmas party.

Some 34 per cent hate the thought of being hungover at work the next day.

And while 40 per cent feel excited about what the night holds, 38 per cent don’t enjoy being reminded of what they did in the days after.

It also emerged 46 per cent worry about having done something silly the night before.

And 45 per cent fret over there being any awkwardness between them and their colleagues.
