The woman showed how she had painstakingly put up thousands of individual baubles to the ceiling in her lounge.

She put each of the pink hanging ornaments up with drawing pins and fishing line, and she said this isn’t the first time she has created the display.

The Facebook user wote: “It took 3 days and about 5 and a half hours, but finally my ceiling baubles are up.

“This is the 11 year I have done this.”

More on Christmas

In addition to her pretty baubles, she also had a flocked tree with more pink ornaments and a bow on top.

She also had a large penguin toy with a Santa hat, and a mini Santa ornament for her TV unit.

After posting the snaps on the group, they have racked up over 18,000 likes.

One person wrote: “Wow that took a lot of work!”

Another added: “Beautiful! I do this on my front porch.”

Meanwhile, a third commented: “They look amazing wow.”

To find the cheapest items, click on the right category – for example, Christmas lights – and search from lowest to highest price.

Once you've found what you're looking for, you'll need to head to your nearest B&M to buy it.

However, B&M isn't the only retailer to have slashed the prices of its Christmas items.

The Range recently launched a 50% off sale on decorations, with prices starting at just 16p.

How to look after your real Christmas tree

HERE'S what you need to know if you're buying a real Christmas tree:

First thing's first: buy a pot (if it doesn't come in one already).

You'll need to treat your tree just like a houseplant and give it water and attention.

Make sure the container has good drainage - and it's a good idea to put something underneath to catch the excess water.

Check the soil everyday to make sure it's not drying out.

If it feels dry, give it some water. If it still feels moist, leave it alone as too much water can also kill a tree.

Also check the LED bulbs on your tree lights aren't too hot as they could burn it, and keep your tree away from radiators.

When Christmas is over, try planting it in the garden so you can dig it up and use it again next year.

It's a good idea to take it out of its pot when you do re-plant it though, as large trees don't survive well in pots as their roots need space to grow.
