SUPERMARKET shoppers have been left gushing over a cosy winter jacket that's "so nice and thick".
With Christmas just around the corner and temperatures plummeting, it's the perfect time to snap up warm staple pieces.
And fashion fans have hailed Asda's new George coat as "exactly what they've been after" this season.
Even better? The £36 Cloud Short Padded Coat comes in the current must-have colour, burgundy.
Ellie Butler, the childhood sweetheart of ex-Celtic midfielder Liam Shaw, bagged the puffy jacket on a recent trip to her local store.
Modelling it in a recent video, the size 10 WAG gushed: "Girls, run to Asda. Obsessed. It’s sooo nice and thick!!
"It's £36 full price but I got 20% off too on Black Friday.
"I got a large, [but] medium would be fine also it’s quite oversized already."
The coat is available in sizes XS to XXL, and also comes in cream.
It features a hood, which is perfect for winters in the UK, and is shower-resistant.

So it's unsurprising that the jacket is sold out online in the burgundy with shoppers racing to their nearest Asda instead.
