A HORRIFIED mother has revealed her husband of 19 years cheated on her at his work Christmas party.
Clearly distraught, the mum explained that she found out when others began apologising to her.

Unsure of what they were expressing sympathy for, all was revealed when she looked online and saw his company photos from the festive event.
Not only was he seen kissing a waitress, but the pictures caught him red-handed with the woman’s hand down his pants.
Keen to open up on the situation, the woman took to social media to reveal all, leaving many open-mouthed.
Posting on Reddit, on the r/TrueOffMyChest thread, the woman wrote under the username @97742redditthrowaway and titled her post ‘My husband of 19 years cheated on me at his work party’.

She then confessed: “He's a software developer and there was a party at a restaurant. I had to work (911 operator) so I wasn't there.”
But things all came crashing down for the mother when pictures were posted on social media, as she added: “I found out when people started telling me how sorry they were.
“I had no idea what they meant until someone told me to check the social media.
“There are pictures where he is in the background kissing and all over a woman. Some with her hand down his pants.

“Not just a single picture but many of them.
“It is all over the start up's and his colleague's social media showing how close they got.”

The mother explained that her husband has been trying to solve the situation, but she is terrified her young daughter will find out.
She continued: “My husband was trying to damage control but when I told him I knew he said he had sex with the waitress.

“I'm humiliated because everyone knows and I'm terrified that our 17 year-old will see them.
“My husband wants to go to counselling and stay together but I don't think I can do that.
“My worst fear is my daughter finding out.”

They start to take their phone everywhere with them
In close relationships, it's normal to know each other's passwords and use each other's phones, if their phone habits change then they may be hiding something.
says: "If your partner starts changing their passwords, starts taking their phone everywhere with them, even around the house or they become defensive when you ask to use their phone it could be a sign of them not being faithful."

They start telling you less about their day
When partners cheat they can start to avoid you, this could be down to them feeling guilty or because it makes it easier for them to lie to you.
"If you feel like your partner has suddenly begun to avoid you and they don't want to do things with you any more or they stop telling you about their day then this is another red flag."

Their libido changes
Your partner's libido can change for a range of reasons so it may not be a sure sign of cheating but it can be a red flag according to Aaron.
Aaron says: "Cheaters often have less sex at home because they are cheating, but on occasions, they may also have more sex at home, this is because they feel guilty and use this increase in sex to hide their cheating. You may also find that your partner will start to introduce new things into your sex life that weren't there before."
They become negative towards you
Cheaters know that cheating is wrong and to them, it will feel good, this can cause tension and anxiety within themselves which they will need to justify.
"To get rid of the tension they feel inside they will try to convince themselves that you are the problem and they will become critical of you out of nowhere. Maybe you haven't walked the dog that day, put the dishes away or read a book to your children before bedtime. A small problem like this can now feel like a big deal and if you experience this your partner could be cheating," warns Aaron.

Reddit users were left gobsmacked by the woman’s post and many flocked to the comments to send messages of support and guidance.
Not only did many advise her to tell her daughter, but others recommended she keep the evidence and get a divorce.
One person said: “I'm so sorry you're going through this. Your husband has some audacity wanting to reconcile when he couldn't even be bothered to be discreet.”

“Also, no matter what you decide - please remember to save the evidence - that includes the pictures and messages of people apologising. That's just for your own sake.”

Whilst someone else penned: “The fact that he so freely cheated on you in front of many people tells me this is not the first time he’s cheated on you.
