I’m a fit gran – people mistake me for my daughter’s sister, I use a 35p hack to look good, it even helps my sex life
A FIT gran has revealed the budget-friendly hack she uses to stay in shape.
Andréa Sunshine, as she is known online, regularly hits the headlines with her fitness tips – and steamy dating life.
Her latest revelation combines the two as she revealed the food item she swears by for maintaining her impressive physique.
Andrea, who is a grandmother to two pre-teens, revealed that she eats a whopping 5,400 eggs per year in a bid to stay super fit.
The 55-year-old said she even brings the smelly snack along on dates.
She credited the bizarre diet hack for keeping ripped; sharing that she previously chowed down on 150 eggs a month.

Now, though, she’s upped her game – scoffing 15 a day, 450 a month, and 5,400 per year.
And to keep up with her strict snacking routine, she even brings them along on dates.
“My dates simply laugh – as most people do,” the fitness influencer and life coach, told
“Most of the time, the people I date are in the same field as me, or very fitness-active.

“They understand that someone like me must follow some rules from time to time.
“When I’m away from home for a while, I put my eggs in a Tupperware or zipped bag and bring them with me – regardless of where I go.
“I’ve got to stick to my routine and I’m not about to give that up for anyone.
“Besides, they’re the ones who asked me on a date – and I always end up going on a second.
“If they, or anyone, hates the smell – from the eggs or me after I’ve eaten them – I’ve never heard about it, as no one has ever complained.
“I think some of them get turned on by it, actually.”
Andréa, who previously admitted to bedding over 800 people, says she forks out an eye-watering £2,700 per year on the protein source.
Benefits of eating eggs
Eggs are a good source of high-quality protein, containing all nine essential amino acids. A medium egg provides 6.4 grams of protein.
They contain 13 essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D, which helps with bone health and the immune system.
Egg yolks contain lutein and zeaxanthin, which are antioxidants that can help reduce the risk of cataracts and macular degeneration.
They also contain omega-3 fatty acids, which can help reduce the risk of heart disease.
And despite eating them three times a day, she says she is still “obsessed”.
“I eat them in the morning, after the gym, and before I go to bed – and I’m still not tired of them," revealed Andréa, who lives in London.
“I decided to stop with industrial protein sources and focus on natural products instead.
“During the menopause, I had such bad bloating and stomach acid, so I decided to double the amount of eggs I ate, which has really helped.
“There’s always some readily available in the house each day to make it practical.
“And there’s so many ways of cooking them – how could I ever get bored?
“Although it isn’t as cheap as it used to be, it's still more affordable than meat.”
Andréa says she hasn’t run into any complications, such as extra gas or bad breath, to date.
But she puts this down to her “perfect” cholesterol and clean diet.
“I have never had any awkward situations," she explained.
“There’s sometimes jokes, mostly teasing me, but that’s all in the name of fun.
“If you eat clean, drink three litres of water a day, and use a good probiotic, you won’t have any problems.
“I stick to more egg whites than yolks, as that’s the fatty part of it and has more calories.
“But it’s a game changer and it’s keeping me ripped no matter how old I get.”
Andréa recently hit the headlines after revealing that trolls often dub her muscles “masculine”.

However, she doesn’t care and continues to hit the gym for eight hours per day – leaving men, even those half her age, in love with her physique.
She attributes her youthful looks, which have seen her being mistaken for her 28-year-old daughter’s sister, to other rituals, such as naked yoga.
