MEGAN McKenna has opened up on feeling like a ‘zombie’ and her ‘struggle’ with anxiety after giving birth.
The former TOWIE star, who recently gave birth to her first child, a baby boy named Landon Henry Burke with her footballer fiancé Ollie Burke, revealed all on days ‘full of tears’ and weeks with ‘no sleep’.
The 31-year-old, who recently described breastfeeding as the "most beautiful and painful thing I’ve ever experienced”, shared all on her recent day out with her partner and son.
It comes after the brunette beauty admitted she has ‘cried a lot of tears’ after her son was diagnosed with reflux - a condition common among infants, causes stomach acid or food to flow back up into the oesophagus, resulting in discomfort and sometimes pain.
Posting on social media, Megan shared a series of adorable snaps from her recent family day out, as she wrote: “We had Sunday lunch out today, obviously Landon had his lunch at the table too.
“We laugh because going for our Sunday walks takes all day now.
