The 31-year-old, who recently described breastfeeding as the "most beautiful and painful thing I’ve ever experienced”, shared all on her recent day out with her partner and son.

It comes after the brunette beauty admitted she has ‘cried a lot of tears’ after her son was diagnosed with reflux - a condition common among infants, causes stomach acid or food to flow back up into the oesophagus, resulting in discomfort and sometimes pain.

Posting on social media, Megan shared a series of adorable snaps from her recent family day out, as she wrote: “We had Sunday lunch out today, obviously Landon had his lunch at the table too.

“We laugh because going for our Sunday walks takes all day now.

“By the time I feed Landon, change him, get ourselves ready, Oli’s packing the car and changing him one last time because he’s had an explosion, we finally get to the actual destination to look at the time and realise it’s time to feed again.

“I wouldn’t have it any other way tho, the love I have for him is crazy.

“He was such a good boy today. He's so alert and looks around everywhere! Nothing can beat his little open eyes.

“We’ve taken a few trips out recently but today was our best yet.

“The last few were full of tears. He’s definitely been so much happier and not crying as much!

“It's just so nice to have days where we can do tummy time and baths and chill and really enjoy the newborn bubble.”
