A SKIN doctor has revealed an anti-ageing tip that really “turns back time” and the Boots buy she says is “Botox in a bottle.”
Dr Raj Arora, who specialises in women's health and skin health, has explained the hack for those who wish to slow the ageing process down when it comes to wrinkles.
She shared a video on her and it has since been favoured by over 22,000 people.
Dr Arora explained that beauty fans should be using Argireline in their skincare.
The skin doctor is holding The Ordinary Argireline Solution, which can be bought from Boots and costs £9.20.
Holding the bottle, she says: “This is basically a peptide which behaves a bit like a neurotransmitter.

“Like Botox, it helps to relax the muscles and therefore is great for targeted areas of the face.
“For example, the upper forehead where you are prone to dynamic fine lines and wrinkles.
“This can really help to reduce those and to give anti-age skin.
“Now, let's be honest.

“Nothing is going to work quite as quickly and effectively as a little bit of botox in the forehead or on your fine lines and wrinkles and I will definitely be the first one to admit that.
“However, if you are somebody who is not keen on injectables or somebody who wants to boost the effects of their botox, this is a great addition to your skincare routine.
“So essentially it’s going to help to target those fine lines and wrinkles.
“Lots of people have mentioned how it’s helped their 11s - the lines through the eyebrows, and forehead lines as well.
“It works really well in a skincare routine that is focussing on anti-ageing.
“For example, using it with a Retinol and using it with a Vitamin C serum, or even using it with another peptide serum can really boost the anti-ageing properties of Argeiline.
“So if an anti-ageing is what you are looking for then I would maybe try something like Argireline in your skincare routine to see what kind of results you get.”
The Boots website explains that the product has been “clinically proven to enhance the skin's appearance.”

It targets the “dynamic folds, particularly around the eyes and forehead.”
This is done by adding a few drops to the forehead and around the eyes before your heavier treatments as part of your daily routine.
The importance of sun cream in your skincare routine
Dermatologist and skincare enthusiast Andrea Suarez - known as Dr Dray - revealed why you should wear suncream.
The one thing you can do that will make the biggest difference - and this matters for all ages - is protecting your skin from the sun, Andrea stressed.
"The vast majority of external aging is due to exposure to ultraviolet radiation," she continued, not because you're "not using some jazzy serum or layering 90 different things on your face everyday".
"If you're not doing in your 20s, get on that now."
But she said the use of sun cream alone doesn't go far enough. Andrea urged that you also wear sun-protective clothing like broad-brimmed hats and long sleeves, on top of not staying out too long in the sun.
Doing this over your lifetime - and all year, not just during the summer or on sunny days - "will reduce the visible signs of photoageing", Andrea said.
Those are wrinkles, muddled pigmentation and sagging skin.
