Dr Amir Khan, a regular guest on ITV's Lorraine and Good Morning Britain, swears by his nutrient-packed salad followed by two healthy snacks.
He always prepares his afternoon meal the night before so he's prepared for busy days at the GP surgery.
And he's shared it with social media users in a bid to promote healthy eating.
He said: "This is what I take for my lunch most days for work. It stops me from snacking.
"It's got red onions in there, which are great for gut health. I've also got some chopped cucumber in there, which is really good source of vitamin K needed for healthy bones.

And his final ingredient is key for feeling full for longer.
Dr Khan said: "I have got some protein, which comes in the form of chickpeas, which are also full of fibre.
"Both the protein and the fibre will keep me fuller for longer, less snacking."
