A MODEL dubbed the 'perfect woman' by Playboy has revealed her top secret to keeping her body looking it's best.
Janaína Prazeres, from Brazil, revealed she spends £9,200 a month getting salmon semen injected into her bum.
The 35-year-old has more than 600k followers online, and recently revealed that she shells out a staggering £9,200 ($12,000) a month on what she calls her "bum bum care routine."
Janaína said: "The technique involves applying the sperm through micro-needling, which promises to firm and rejuvenate the skin.
"But I don’t undergo this procedure occasionally like most people. For me, it’s a daily ritual. There are no breaks."
Salmon sperm injections, also known as polynucleotide treatments, are a skin treatment that involve injecting the purified, filtered, and sterilised DNA extract from salmon sperm into the skin.

It is claimed that the procedure increases collagen and keratinocyte production, which makes the skin thicker, healthier, and more hydrated.
It also supposedly helps acne, pigmentation, red veins, rosacea, and inflammation.
She added: "I think even before I was titled the world’s perfect woman by Playboy, I already took care of that part.
"But knowing I can use salmon sperm to make it even better is exciting."

While the model loves her daily routine, she has confessed that her intense self-care routine has been problematic in romantic relationships.
She revealed: "I take hours to get ready. Once, a date waited for about two hours, which to me is reasonable. But he sent me a message saying it was unacceptable."
For now, she plans to continue to use the salmon sperm injections and attend daily appointments.
Janaína was previously voted ‘the perfect woman’ by Playboy, and believes this title scares off potential suitors who only see her as an object.
She said: "Men judge you just for being beautiful. It’s like you can’t be both intelligent and beautiful. You have to be one or the other."
She previously claimed that she has spent a total of around £750,000 on her quest to look perfect.
What is Collagen?
- Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body and provides strength and structure to the skin and muscles
- It plays a significant role in maintaining skin elasticity and hydration
- As we age, collagen production decreases, leading to wrinkles, sagging skin and decreased skin firmness
- Collagen production starts to dwindle in our mid-to-late 20s and early 30s. By 40, it has dropped dramatically
It's important to note that while collagen-based skincare products may offer benefits, their effectiveness can hugely vary.
Some experts suggest that topical application of collagen may have limited effectiveness compared to other skincare ingredients that stimulate collagen production within the skin.
She said: "People expect me to be impeccable all the time. Any small flaw becomes a reason for criticism.
"If I’m without makeup, for example, I get comments saying I look like a completely different person.
